General Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. If a product you received is deemed to have not met that standard, we will happily replace it and do our best to amend the issue. 

 

Circumstances for Returns and Replacements 

Defective or Damaged Products 

  • If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it.

Incorrect Product Delivery

  • If you received an incorrect product, we will replace it.

 

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please reach out to us by submitting a message through our Returns Form within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • In addition to your description of the problem, we may ask you for photos of the issue.
  • If deemed necessary, we will provide you with a return label so we can inspect and correct the issue.
  • Otherwise, we will resend the original order you placed.
