These protein bars have far surpassed my expectations! I am above average with my health & fitness, so I am always on the lookout for food that is actually healthy for me. I used to heavily lean on Quest bars, but deep down I knew there had to be something better. When I tried Gaia's protein bars, not only do they taste better, but at this point a Guest bar tastes "synthetic" to me if that makes sense. I wish Gaia all the success in the world! It's far past time for us actually getting back to being healthy again.

Initially, the double chocolate sea salt protein bar tasted better than the chocolate macadamia. The sea salt is a nice touch. Though, after some time had passed, the chocolate macadamia grew on me and now I adore this protein bar much more. Plus, I like the crunch of the macadamia nuts. This keeps me guessing…will the crunch be from the macadamia nuts or will it be from the chocolate chips? Either way, I am munching away at a delicious protein bar.

I love the macadamia nuts and chocolate chips. The protein bars are 20 grams of protein and has clean ingredients. I look forward to purchasing lots more. I have noticed that my mind has more clarity after eating these bars.

As someone with lots of food intolerances it is great to find something to snack on that is healthy and I can eat!!

This is unlike all the other chalky protein bars you find at the gym/grocery store. It's soft and chewy, has amazing flavor (love the sweetness of the chocolate and hints of sea salt) and I know I'm taking care of my body choosing a clean Gaia bar versus any of the other brands. This is my go-to.
